HAUNTING ADELINE meets BEAUTY AND THE BEAST in a dark enemies-to-lovers romantasy of vampires, candlelit castle halls, forbidden love, taboo spice, and slow-burn obsession.
The perfect dark romance series to devour before bedtime—following a desperate woman and the vampire stepbrother bound to her by a bargain neither can escape.
What if your vampire stepbrother couldn't save you—only decide who gets to claim you?
With her castle manor drowning in debt—and a collector who will kill her if she fails—Kathryn sends one desperate letter to her estranged stepbrother, Sebastian.
She doesn't think he'll come, yet he rides through the night to reach her doorstep. "Of course I came," he says softly. "I will always come for you."
But Sebastian cannot pay her debt. He can only make a bargain: Twelve nights. Twelve wealthy patrons. And she must please them all—or her life is forfeit.
Sebastian chooses the men. He makes the arrangements. He ensures she obeys. Because this is the only way she survives. And he won't let her escape.
Every night, candlelight spills across silk sheets where they bed her. She must endure it—the humiliation. The degradation. And from the shadows, Sebastian sees everything: Every touch. Every thrust. Every moan is destroying him...because she should have been his. To make matters worse, Kathryn hates him more than ever now. Degraded and humiliated, she vows never to forgive him. But she has no idea how deep his secrets run—or that he's hopelessly in love with her.
His Forbidden Bargain is Book 1 of The Twelve Nights of Christmas, a continuous story following the same couple told in a 12-part series of novellas. This is not a holiday romance—just dark, addictive storytelling you can binge any time of year.
Content notes: Explicit spice, dubious consent, forced sharing, voyeurism/exhibitionism, violence, power imbalance. Series HEA.
